Clinton R. Pelcher III (B.C.) went to be with the Lord on June 3, 2024 at his home in Kewadin, surrounded by his loving family.
B.C. was born on April 15 1983 in Traverse City, son of Theresa Shananaquet and Clinton Pelcher Jr. He grew up in Kewadin, and he graduated from Sault Ste. Marie High School in 1999. He was a generous man that loved to cook for his family and friends. He loved music, collecting rocks, and his red truck. He loved seasonal work, always outside on farms doing lawn work. B.C. loved his family and friends. He especially loved his fur babies, Luna and Eclipse.
Clinton is survived by his wife, Herminia, his dad Clinton R. Pelcher Jr., his mother and father in-love, Aurora and Moises Garcia. He is also survived by siblings; Arissa (Scott) Dunham, Marc (Toni) Shananaquet, Ranee (Ricky) Compo, Theresa (Billy) Marshall, Ariana Hernandez, Conrad Shananaquet, Krystal Pelcher, Sheridan (Ken) Pelcher, Raymond (Teri) Pelcher, Valerie (Ben) Pelcher-Moore, Warren Pelcher, Christina (John) Pelcher, Lalo Garcia, Dalila Garcia, and Angel Garcia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunties and uncles, cousins and friends.
He is predeceased and welcomed home to God's glory by his mother, Theresa Shananaquet, his siblings Alexis Pelcher and Cinda Pelcher, his grandparents, Florine Alberts, Francis Shananaquet and Millie and Clinton Pelcher, and loving cousins and uncles.
B.C. is a well loved husband, son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend. The sacred fire has been lit at his home, 6805 Cairn Highway, Kewadin. All are welcome to stop and offer tobacco and visit with family. He will be in state at home beginning Tuesday at noon until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, at which time he will be moved to the Kewadin Indian Mission Church Tabernacle for visitation until 1:00 p.m. when funeral services begin.
Burial will immediately follow in the Church Cemetery.
