Cheryl Meggison-Hite

Cheryl A. (Meggison) Hite,  62, of Bellaire, passed away on February 9, 2018 at Munson Medical Center.

Cheryl was born on April 24, 1955, in Rutherfordton, N.C., the daughter of Robert and Margie (Conner) Meggison.

Cheryl was employed at Shanty Creek Resort in Housekeeping, she attended the Bible Baptist Church in Central Lake and loved collecting toy ducks and bears.

On August 26, 1989, in Central Lake, she married Kevin J. Hite who survives.  Also surviving are two daughters, Tina and Crystal Hite both of Bellaire, her parents, Robert and Margie Meggison of Central Lake, two sisters, Terry VanTine of Central Lake, Joanie O’Brien of Potterville, MI, 4 nieces and nephews, Levi and Valerie VanTine, and Joseph and Jessica O’Brien.

She was preceded in death by a sister Patty Meggison-Robinson.

Memorial services  will be held Thursday, February 15th at 11 a.m. the Bible Baptist Church in Central Lake with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.  Pastor Russell Tharp will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Arrangements are being handled by the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
