Carolyn L. Bowen

Carolyn L. Bowen,  66, of Mancelona, passeda away on April 2, 2022 at her home.

   She was born on June 12, 1955, in Pontiac, MI, the daughter of Gene and Louise (Donnelly) Case.

   Carolyn was a long time resident of Mancelona and was employed at Leximar in Boyne City for over 20 years.   She enjoyed crafting, and many outdoor activities, especially gardening, camping and spending time at the Jordan River.

   Surviving are 2 children, Kristina Pirch of Mancelona, Shane Pirch of Elmira, 2 grandchildren, Brianna Pirch, Joshua Hauser, 3 great-grandchildren, Xavior, Copelynn, Hailyn, 2 brothers, David (Donna) Case, Ross (Debbie) Case, 3 sisters, Tina Pirch, Jeannie (Bobby) Marsh, Loretta (Scott) Hall and several other extended family.

   Preceding her in death were a son Joshua, Brother-in-law Mark Pirch and her parents.

   No services are planned at this time.

   Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.

   Arrangments are being handled by the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
