Carol Scram

Carol F. Scram, 67 of Kewadin, died peacefully,Fri. Jan. 21, 2011 at home. She lived most of her life in Kewadin and was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Elk Rapids. She was a past member of the Corabelle and Sweet Adelines singing groups. Carol enjoyed gardening, sewing, singing and going to the library. She also enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children Brian (Ginger) Scram, Mark Scram all of Kewadin, Branden Scram of Alaska, and Genny (Luiz) Santos of California, granddaughters Brandy and Megan Scram of Kewadin, brother Richard (Cora) Crawford and sister Sandy (Mike) Dorman all of Kewadin. She was preceded in death by her parents Berrien and Dorothy (Knust) Crawford. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Eleven a.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church in Elk Rapids where the family will receive friends from Nine a.m. until the time of service. Pastor Jim Redman will officiate. Interment will take place at a later date.
