Birnie Charles

Birnie L. St. Charles - (Hall), (Snags), (The Jerky Man), retired from this life long journey as a free spirit on a long Harley ride, August 28, 2009. He was born in Saginaw on October 28, 1951. Birnie lived in the Bridgeport area most of his life. He recently made his dream come true of moving to Mancelona in 2007. Birnie is survived by his wife Tammy, son Levi, daughter in law Mandy, grandson Dayton, brothers Walt, Chet, & Bob, sister Leona and father Birnie L. Hall. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, Aug. 3, 2009 from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the VFW Hall in Bridgeport, 3615 S. Towerline Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated. Arrangements have been handled by the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
