BILLIE RAE RAUSCHENBERG, 29, of Oklahoma, formerly of Mancelona, passed away on June 19, 2013 in Chicago. She attended Mancelona Public Schools Then went on to earn her diploma from Chesterfield High School in Virginia. Billie is survived by 4 children, Austine, Lucy, Jasmine and Seth, Also surviving are her mother Sarah Rauschenberg of Oklahoma, her father Virgil Rauschenberg of Texas, 4 brothers, Jesse, Joel, Hooper Lynn and Shane, a half-sister Christine, maternal grandmother Joyce Jeska of Mancelona, paternal grandmother Patricia Santore of Mancelona, several, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and 2 nephews. Funeral services will take place on Sunday, June 23 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with visitation from noon until the time of services.
