Bernice Lelito

Bernice C Lelito, 90 of Rapid City, died Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Kalkaska Eden Center.   She was born August 20, 1928 in Northampton, PA the daughter of Russell and Irene.

Bernice was a Registered Nurse and worked many years at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility.  She enjoyed collecting dolls, especially Barbie dolls. She also enjoyed quilting and playing cards.  Gardening was her passion.  Tending her flowers, especially her iris’s brought her much joy.

Surviving are her sons Larry (Barb) Lieb of Lake Orion, Jim (Angela) Lieb of New Mexico, Thomas Lieb of Rapid City, Robert Lieb of Utah, brother Carl (Pam)  of Allentown, PA, grandchildren Jennifer Lieb and Stephen Lieb, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert, sisters Erna and Vivian, and husband Stanley “Ed” Lelito in 2001.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29, at 2p.m. at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.  The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the time of service.
