Benny Bachi

Benny Justice Bachi, a loving husband and father 52, of Kewadin, passed away at his home on October 21, 2018. Benny was born on January 1, 1966, in Flint to Sherry L. Grider and Ronald L. Bachi.

Benny married the love of his wife Dawn Miracle on August 9, 1986.

Benny was preceded in death by his son Benny “Boo” Bachi, his mother Sherry, his grandparents and brother in law Steven Miracle.

Benny enjoyed life, being with his family, he was a great dad. He was an avid Star Wars fan. He loved traveling, riding Harleys, going to the movies, dirt biking, taking cruises. He always had a smile on his face. Benny worked hard all of his life as a carpet installer. He was the towns Easter Bunny for many years.

Benny is survived by his wife Dawn, daughter Summer Sher’re, father, Ronald Bachi of Canton, brother Ronald (Janet) Bachi of Williamsburg, sisters in law, Eva (Adrian) Orduna and Corrie (Charlie) Coy all of Kewadin, many nieces and nephews whom he loved.

There will be a celebration of life on Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 2-5 p.m. at the Elk Rapids Amvets Post 114.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Arrangements are being handled by the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
