Audrey Belfy

Audrey Jean Belfy peacefully passed away January 3, 2020 in Grandvue Medical Facility, East Jordan.

Predeceased by her husband of 65 years, John Delbert Belfy, her daughter-in-law Ruth Belfy and Great Grandson Andrew Sanders.

Audrey is survived by her 5 children: Lois (Virgil), Sharon, John (Debbie), Ron, Bill (Lori).

She was the loving Grandma of Kimberly, Joe, Staci, Sean, Shannon, Ivan, Jessica, Jake, Samantha, Logan, and John. Also had 12 Great Grandchildren.

Audrey enjoyed crocheting, reading mystery novels, going to Bingo (and the casino), playing scrabble with her children and grandchildren, and gardening. She loved 40’s music and singing in the choir. Audrey said the Rosary every nite for years. She also traveled with her husband, Delbert, for 25 years around the country.

Audrey had a full and happy life. She will be so missed by all.

A funeral service will be held Friday, May 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Winchester Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Rev Sara Goldberg officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.  Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Charlevoix.
