Arlene Polaski, 71, of Bellaire, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on January 28, 1949 in Detroit, MI; the daughter of Albert and Irene (Nadolski) Kisz.
Arlene married John Polaski on December 29, 1984, and they moved to Bellaire together in 1987. She loved watching the birds and spending time on their deck with family and friends. She enjoyed listening to the Beatles, Carole King, Chicago, the Easy Rider soundtrack, Pink Floyd and more, with a cold Busch beer in hand.
Arlene is survived by her loving husband, John Polaski; her son, Thomas (Wendy) Guffy; her brother, Albert (Kathy) Kisz; daughter in-law, Tara Guffy, and four grandchildren: Alystyr Guffy, Sadie Guffy, Ian Guffy, and Lilly Guffy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, George Kisz; and her son, Mark Guffy.
There are no services planned at this time, but a celebration of her life will be held at a later date, when we can congregate together again.
