Arden Gregory

Arden D. Gregory, 78, lifelong resident of Bellaire, died Sept. 6, 2016 at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility. He was born Mar. 6, 1938 in Bellaire the son of Floyd and Lucille (Olds) Gregory and graduated Bellaire High School in 1956. Arden retired from Lamina after 40+ years of dedication. He enjoyed traveling, camping and riding motorcycles in his free time. He also enjoyed hunting and looking for morel mushrooms. Arden spent many Saturdays and evening hours with his brother at "LeRoy Gregory's Garage Club". He also spent many winters soaking up the sunshine and warm weather with his wife Mary in Gulf Shores, AL. Surviving Arden are his children Diana (Scott) Sentieri, Kim Gregory, Scot (Wendy) Gregory, Jeff Gregory, brother LeRoy (Sharon Nicholas) Gregory, sisters Gwen St. Cyr, Marilyn White, Donna (Fred) Galster, Retha Smith, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his wife of 53 years, Mary (King) Gregory. Also preceding him in death were his sisters Phyllis, Rhea, and Emogene. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 10, at 1 pm at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Pastor Gary Bekkering officiating. A luncheon will follow.
