ARBUTUS B. WOODARD, 82, of Mancelona, died on May 30, 2010 at Munson Medical Center. Arbutus was born on June 7, 1927 in Brevort, Michigan, the daughter of Henry and Clara (Short) Patton. Arbutus enjoyed reading, watching TV and visiting with her family. She married Kenneth Dickeson in 1944, Kenneth Howell in 1948 and Roger Keith Woodard in October 1960. She is survived by her son Vern (Jackie) Dickeson of Alba, a sister Lena Boroff of Kalkaska, grandchildren, James (Sandy) Brandt of Mancelona, Melissa Moore of Edwardsburg, MI., Laberta (Rick) Willett of Sparta, MI., Tim (Kelly) Fowler of Virginia, Cindy (Kevin) McGoldrick of Kalkaska. Also surviving are great-grandchildren Majesta (Stephen) DenBoer, Desiree and Samantha Brandt, Korey, Dustin and Marissa Moore, Kristen O'Neill, Brianne and Brooke Fowler, Crystale and Ronnie McGoldrick, Ronald and Jennifer Howell, great-great-grandchild Corbin Russell as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter Lana Howell, son Ronald Howell, two grandchildren Lisa Dickeson, Christopher McGoldrick, sister Fidalis Patton, brothers Estele and Albert Patton, her parents and her husbands Roger Keith Woodard and Kenneth Howell. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, June 2 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Rev. Gerald Cook will officiate. Visitation will be from noon until the time of services. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Mancelona. Memorial contributions may be made to the Antrim County Commission on Aging, P.O.
