Angela Bingman

Angela J. Bingman (Martinchek), 37, formerly of Charlevoix, passed away October 24, 2020. She was born on September 22, 1983 in Charlevoix, the daughter of Moira (Wilson) and David Martinchek.

Angela’s bubbly personality could light up any room.  She loved her children dearly and was very loyal.  An animal lover, she participated in 4H as a young woman, showing horses.  Angela also had a passion for travel.

Angela is survived by three children; Liberty, Grace, and Raymond Baker.  Also surviving is mother Moira J. Martinchek of Petoskey, father David (Kathryn) Martinchek of Charlevoix, brother Jason (Kristin) Fettig of West Bloomfield, MI, and sister Amy (Chris) Wolfgang of Petoskey.  Along with maternal grandfather Lt. Col. (Ret.) Woodrow B. Wilson of Charlevoix, three uncles; Steven (Mary) Wilson, Jeffrey Wilson, and Brian Martinchek, three aunts; Laureen (Gene) Brooks, Debra Martinchek, Brenda (John) Morgan, as well as four cousins, three nephews, and one niece.

Private Funeral services will take place.  Visitation will be Friday, November 20, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Charlevoix Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.  The family requires masks be worn at all times.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Joseph and Betty Martinchek, maternal grandmother Margaret Ellen Wilson, and cousin Cory Rice.
