Anah Harriman Potter, 96, of Charlevoix, passed away on May 14, 2020 at Boulder Park Terrace.
She was born on February 26, 1924 in Central Lake, the daughter of George and Inez (James) Harriman.
Anah worked for Charlevoix County for over 28 years with many of those as the County Treasurer. She was a member of the Charlevoix Hospital Guild and longtime member of the Community Reformed Church.
She was an avid sports fan, enjoyed to golf as well as follow the Detroit Tigers.
Anah is survived by 3 children, Cheryl (Ray) Potter Browe, Lawrence (Peggy) Potter, James (Judy) Potter all of Charlevoix, 8 grandchildren, Kristen, Elizabeth, Jonathan, Michelle, Laura, Angie, Ryan and Ashley as well as 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eldon Potter, mother Inez Harriman and an infant son Robert Potter.
Due to current restrictions, services will be private and she will be buried in Barnard Cemetery next to her husband Eldon.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Reformed Church, 100 Oak St., Charlevoix, MI, 49720.
