Alvin Ladach, 68, of Mancelona, passed away May 15, 2013 at Munson Medical Center. He was born April 24, 1945, the son of Paul and Agnes Ladach. Al enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching NCIS and Law & Order. He loved spending time outdoors and with his Roids, Lobo and Jill. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ladach; four children, Stephen (Tamera) Ladach of Warren, Thomas Ladach of Sterling Heights, David Ladach of Sterling Heights and Julie (Shawn Rowe) Ladach of Haslett; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three siblings, Jerome Ladach of Romulus, Joanne Lovelace of Dearborn and Delphine Sebastian of Warren; and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Donald; and a sister, Patricia. Funeral Services for Al will be Monday, May 20, 2013 at 12 Noon at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home and on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of services. Al will be buried next to his second wife, Christine Ladach at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Troy at a later date. The Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes is handling the arrangements.
